Changing your plan

Change your package, guest count or add-ons any time up to 30 days before your event. Upgrades charge only the difference. Downgrades take effect right away, but the difference isn't refunded. Printed signs & cards can't change once we've sent them to print.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 30 days before your event date for a refund of what you paid minus a non-refundable deposit of 30% (at least $50). Cancel 8–30 days before for half of that. Within 7 days of the event, or once guests have started uploading, payments are non-refundable. Printed & mailed items and extra hosting time are non-refundable once ordered. If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, your account is blocked from signing in and booking again.

How long your gallery is hosted

Your gallery is hosted for the length of your package, starting on your event day. Your event date is locked once you book; to change it, email us. When the hosting period ends, guests can no longer view, upload to or share the gallery, and we are no longer responsible for hosting it. You can still download your full gallery — please keep your own copy. Nothing is deleted: the download stays available, and you can buy more hosting time at any point to bring the gallery back.
